💰 Compensation: $60,000 – $90,000+ per year (Base + Performance-Based Incentives)

What You’ll Do

As a Collision Estimator, you’ll be the key link between customers, insurance companies, and our repair team, ensuring every estimate is accurate, fair, and delivered efficiently.

🔹 Inspect vehicles and create detailed, precise repair estimates using CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar software
🔹 Work with insurance companies to negotiate proper repairs and secure payment approvals
🔹 Communicate with customers to explain estimates, repair timelines, and answer any concerns
🔹 Order parts and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
🔹 Follow OEM repair guidelines to ensure every job meets industry standards

Who We’re Looking For

🔹 Experienced estimators preferred, but we will train top candidates
🔹 Strong communication & organizational skills – you’ll work with customers, techs, and insurers
🔹 Proficiency in estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex) is a big plus
🔹 A team player who can handle high-volume work while maintaining attention to detail
🔹 Valid driver’s license required
🔹 Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening
