Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business clients and fleet customers
  • Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Understand client needs to provide tailored vehicle solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay current on Ford’s commercial vehicle offerings, incentives, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in automotive, commercial, or retail sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
