Quick Lane at Apple Ford of Columbia seeks a friendly and reliable Service Porter / Shuttle Driver to join our team! This role ensures a seamless experience for our service department customers. As a Service Porter / Shuttle Driver, you will transport customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are serviced, helping us deliver exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcomed.
• Drive customers to and from their destinations promptly and safely.
• Assist in the service lane by moving vehicles as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the service department, such as:
  • Parking and pulling around clients’ vehicles.
  • Keeping the service write-up area clean.
  • Driving clients’ vehicles through the car wash.
  • Picking up and delivering clients’ vehicles.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a commitment to safe, courteous driving.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction with every client.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a welcoming and team-oriented work environment.
• Show reliability and flexibility to assist where needed in a fast-paced service environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour, based on experience
